The management of BQ Energy have extensive experience with all aspects of project management. They have worked for many years in executive positions at Chevron, Shell, GE Credit, Mitsubishi Bank and others. BQ Energy was created in 2002.

Tim Ryan is a Director at BQ Energy. Tim worked in the finance industry for 23. He syndicated bank loan facilities for over $50 billion of corporate acquisitions and 19,000 MW of power projects. Joining Arcadia Windpower in 2002, he developed the 135 MW Judith Gap wind project in Montana. In 2005-2006 he led the initial efforts of Acciona Energia to establish wind energy business in teh United States, building and operation the 12 MW Velva (ND) wind project. Mr. Ryan has a degree in economics from Bowdoin College and an MBA from New York University.
